What are the delivery costs, methods and delays?

Delivery costs depend on the weight, destination and volume of the parcel.

For orders exceeding €500 ex VAT, delivery in metropolitan France is free.

For orders under 30 kg

Average delivery times for shipments by CHRONOPOST are between 1 and 2 working days from confirmation of payment.

For orders over 30 kg

Average delivery times are between 1 and 5 working days from confirmation of payment.

Important: In both cases, product delivery times may not exceed 15 days from the date of order payment confirmation.
